Liquid Bag filtration is the perfect choice for industries where the cost of self-cleaning systems would not be justified. Bag filters are widely applicable and are commonly used in chemical, food and beverage production. The process works when the liquid flows through small, permeable pores capturing debris and sediment in the bag filter as it flows through. Liquid Bag filters are able to filter large amounts of water and some can filter various chemicals. At Hall Pyke we have a range of liquid bag filtration materials available, see our range below.

Polypropylene microfiber materials provide high efficiencies at low micron ratings. The layer configuration of the BOSA bags includes proprietary Nanowave media and a needlefelt outer cover.
Cora-Pleat is a high flow filter element that can be used in industry standard size 2 bag housings to replace bags, offering longer run times and higher dirt holding capacity along with high flow rate.
For use on size #1 and #2 bag systems
The ESP Extended Surface Pleat bag filter is designed for high dirt holding capacity and high flow.
Hall Pyke can produce filter bags to exact customer requirements in a range of materials and end fittings.
A standard filter bag with an inner bag inside; that inner bag is filled with polypropylene melt blown “spaghetti” like material.
Microfiber materials provide high efficiencies at low micron ratings. The optional addition of a needle punched felt layer provides a prefilter zone and results in extended life.
Polyproylene and Polyester Microfiber materials provide high efficiencies at low micron ratings. The optional addition of a needle punched felt layer provides a prefilter zone and results in extended life.
Hall Pyke offer a range of PTFE filter bags with options of stainless steel or Hastelloy rings.
